It is a decent motorized screen for the price. It comes with 2 remotes like description says and one almost never works. It has easy mechanism to adjust length of screen. I haven't seen clear instructions or hardware for installing the screen to the wall or ceiling but I figured out my own way of installing screen. After seeing the holes on each side anyone can figure out how to install. Only one thing that is bothering me is, after few times I rolled screen up and down, I see lot wrinkles up towards the case. I tried to look up the contact number for FAVI but nowhere to find. Also contacted Amazon but they don't have contact for FAVI either. I went in to their website and filled out contact form but haven't heard from them yet.So the bottom line is, if you are looking for professional / real theater like experience may be you should consider framed screens, not motorized one....
