The product description says "It includes a 10" extension". A 4" mount plus 10" extension equals 14" below the ceiling is what I was expecting, but that's not what I got when I bought this.Instead, I got a 8" extension. I emailed and complained to the seller I was sent the wrong part. It says both in the title and product description a 10" extension is included. But seller did not send me the correct part, instead his reply was this: The extension is not 10", but the mount with extension will lower the projector 10 inches.So both the title and product description are TOTALLY false....
