With that said it had instructions and all the parts and actually fit the projector 8350 perfectly. no reason to return the product but the box advertised is misleading...

I bought the one with the 8" extension but i didn't need it as the 8350 picture adjusts just fine being only a few inches from the ceiling.My projector is solid and sturdy. I would definitely recommend this mount....

YOU JUST HAVE TO WORK AT IT GETTING THAT IMAGE SET ON SCREEN WITHOUT USING "KEYSTONE" CORRECTION.THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS "HOLDING" IT'S POSITION. REQUIRES 'SLIGHT' RE-POSITIONING EVERY FEW DAYS.NO BIG DEAL WHEN YOU CONSIDER IT IS 'VERY' INEXPENSIVE....
