This I had to pry out of them with constant inquiries as to what happened with my order. Contrariwise, Amazon had the product for about the same price, and gave me FREE shipping. The order came within a reasonable time, and I was informed as to the status of my shipment the entire time without needing to inquire. The item was packed very professionally and safely. Now I can use my projector again and I'm very happy, especially considering what I went through with the other company....

If I shut down the projector for a break during my presentation, it wouldn't turn on again and a little orange light blinked on and off during this time.
