I contacted them about getting some screen material samples and they shipped them out quickly. Also I asked them a lot of questions and they answered every questions quickly. I give Elite two thumbs up in the service department.Regarding the screen itself, I like it a lot. I debated between Cinewhite and Cinegray screen and on Elite's recommendation went with Cinewhite. The picture looks really good with my Epson 8350 projector. Before I was projecting on a white wall which was okay but the color looked a little dull. The Cinewhite screen made a different. I'm not saying it is like going from black to white, but there is improvement.The frame is easy to put together I did it by myself in about 1hr. The hardest part is putting the screen material on but not all that bad. The wall mount mechanism works really well, I wish it was a little longer to be able to reach two studs but one stud and one wall anchor is plenty good since the screen itself is light. The felt material on the frame looks really good.Overall a very good product....

It took less than 1 hour and having a second person for a few minutes while you stretch the screen was helpful. The quality is good and my projector looks amazing on it. Highly recommended....
