This review is from: Elite Screens Manual Pull Down Projection Screen, 1:1 Aspect Ratio-119in (Matte White)This screen arrived yesterday. Took it out of the box today and the viewing screen began sliding out of its case. There was no tension on the screen and no way to get it back in its case. We took off the end caps and they were broken, there were little pieces of black plastic in the case. There was no damage on the packing box. It appears it was broken when it was shipped. Essentially it was useless and is on it's way back to Amazon tomorrow....
