This review is from: Projector-Gear Projector Ceiling Mount for EPSON PowerLite Home Cinema 8350 with 12\" ExtensionI bought this product after lots of research and not many options for ceiling mounting a new Epson 8350 projector. I needed a little bit of a drop so I opted for the 12" drop. Package arrived quickly and well packaged along with all mounting hardware. The finish is a raw aluminum finish and in my opinion needed to be painted. I purchased some dupli-color aluminum wheel paint from my local auto store and gave the mount several coats. The finish is great now and matches the silver on the epson projector almost perfectly. The mount itself is simple but effective. I used a 18v torque gun to tighten bolts to where they hold the projector in place. You can't tighten these enough by hand to keep it from moving around freely. Overall it isn't a perfect solution out of the box but for a few extra dollars and a little labor it can be made to work very well....
