I had first bought a 108", worked good, but retracting was difficult. I decided a year later I wanted a bigger one. I gave the first one to a friend. The screen itself is great. However, the mechanism to retract the screen was broken on arrival. It was not broken in transit. It left the manufacturer in this condition. In order to ship a new one, they needed the end caps returned. This is where I found out that the end caps were broken on the inside. They sent a new one and it works great. Extremely easy to retract. My friend stated a few nights ago that she found her screen all the way to the floor. Apparently, the mechanism to retract the screen decided to give. We've tried ordering replacements parts, but the company refused to send any stating that they couldn't prove it was their screen even though we gave them the model no, order no., date it was ordered and had copy of a packing slip/invoice. Their website showed this exact model, but they stated that this is not one of their screens. Don't deal with this company. As someone said, they are cheap and in more than one way....
