It works quite well. The only iota of complaint I have with this mount is the fine tuning of the position. Mine slips out of position over time--this is a very minor slippage, like changing the image position by 1-2". I figure for the $100 I saved on this mount I can tolerate adjusting it a bit once or twice a month....
